Cancellation Policy
Booking & Studio Policies
Please review our policies before booking your appointment. By booking with Captivating Esthetics, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following policies.
1. Booking Policy
All appointments must be booked online through GlossGenius. Please ensure that all booking information is accurate. A valid card is required to secure your appointment.
2. Deposit Policy
A $10, $25, $50 non-refundable deposit is required depending in the service to secure your appointment. The deposit will be applied toward your remaining balance.
3. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We kindly require at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
* Cancellations made with 48 hours or more notice will not incur a cancellation fee.
* Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.
* Same-day cancellations are also subject to the 50% cancellation fee.
4. No-Show Policy
Clients who fail to attend their appointment without notice will be charged 75% of the scheduled service and may be restricted from booking future appointments.
5. Late Arrival Policy
A 10-minute grace period is provided for late arrivals.
* After 10 minutes, a $15 late fee will be added to your service.
* Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation and applicable cancellation fees.
* Late arrivals may receive reduced service time while still being charged the full service price.
6. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our beauty services, refunds are not provided once a service has been completed. If you have any concerns about your service, please contact us within 48 hours.
7. Guests & Children Policy
To maintain a relaxing and professional environment, please leave extra guests and children who are not receiving services at home.
8. Health & Safety Policy
If you are experiencing any symptoms of illness, please reschedule your appointment. The health, hygiene, and safety of our clients are our top priorities.
9. Payment Policy
We accept major credit and debit cards, cash, Apple Pay, and Venmo. Additional payment options may be available through GlossGenius.
